Project Overview
Evaluating Impact on Nutrition
Dynamic Opinion International, in partnership with RG, conducted the Final Evaluation of the “Women and Children/Infant Improved Nutrition in Sindh (WINS)” program across three EU-WINS districts — Dadu, Shikarpur, and Thatta (including Sujawal). The evaluation assessed the full programme against the five OECD-DAC criteria.
The assignment followed a mixed-methods approach, combining household surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions with beneficiaries, health workers, and government stakeholders. Findings informed clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen nutrition outcomes for women, infants, and children across Sindh.
